ENTRY TO PROGRAMMES AT UNIVERSITY OF AUCKLAND
Students will need to gain University Entrance (UE), meet any university requirements
for their qualification and will be ranked using the ranking system currently applied to
limited entry programmes (ie for each Achieved credit = 2 points; each Merit credit = 3
points; each Excellent credit = 4 points).
Please note that gaining U E (42 credits) does not automatically guarantee entry, so it is
recommended that you aim for Merit and Excellent grades – Achieved grades will
not necessarily be enough to get you into a programme.
See Careers Dept for details on any of the above events
