13 Outdoor Education has been taking part in rock climbing trips to Extreme Edge Panmure as part of their 3.9 assessment to devise strategies for a physical activity outcome.
Students have been building up their strength in the weights room to improve their fitness to help them to obtain their rock climbing goal!
These trips have seen students scale walls up to twenty meters in height, using only their hands and feet to grasp the tiny holds on the sometimes inverted walls! Students have one more shot to gain their rock climbing goal next Thursday.
Let’s see if their training has paid off…!
