On Wednesday, 19 and Thursday, 20 June, 60 Rutherford student ambassadors brushed up on their Japanese greetings and set off to the CBD as tour guides. They guided 313 students from Japan on various walking tour routes checking out the many sights and attractions our beautiful city has to offer.

The students from Mukunoso High School were visiting NZ for 5 nights, this being the only occasion to interact with Kiwi students.

All the students involved thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Over both days there was a lot of laughter, chatting, many burgers and pizzas consumed and new friends made along the way.
