On ANZAC Day, Rutherford College Head Prefects Shelby Swan and Joel Gibson were invited to speak at our local Te Atatu RSA commemorative service which was held at the Te Atatu Community Centre. Attended by well over 400 people and many dignitaries, Shelby and Joel were the official guest speakers of the day. Both spoke beaututifully and their words resonated strongly with the people in attendance. They were well supported by other members of the Prefect team and it was great to see many other Rutherford students and staff members in attendance. Thank you to Joel and Shelby for representing Rutherford so well on a very special day.
