The two Year 9 Music classes attended the APO’s Discovery Concert – A Journey Through Time on Wednesday, 2 May. As part of the music program these two classes have studied about instruments of the orchestra and also their place within the Classical Era. The concert provided our students with an opportunity to have the full orchestral concert experience in a format tailored for them.

Our students thoroughly enjoyed themselves while learning about the journey of orchestral music from the 16th Century to today. As well as this, just being able to experience live music in the Auckland Town Hall  was really neat.
