On Sunday, 13 June four Rutherford College pupils competed at the Auckland Wrestling Champs.

Shown in the photo are Hassan Hussein, Harry Smart, Daniel Lipsham, and Angeley Su’a along with ex-pupil and NZ Commonwealth Games rep Brahm Richards. All four wrestled well and came away with medals.

Given that they have just picked up the sport this year they should all be proud of their results and we look forward to following their development over the years.
