Defensive Driving Course

The defensive driving course is a NZTA approved course designed for those on restricted or learner license. This course allows you to fast track the waiting period between restricted and full licenses. The course will reduce the waiting period by 6 months.

There are four class room sessions that last for 2 hours each as well as a single practical driving lesson.

REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this course you must have either a New Zealand learners or a New Zealand restricted drivers license

Course Runs: December Monday 9th, Wednesday 11th, Monday 16th & Wednesday 18th
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Come meet the friendly year 13 Baristas in training at the hospitality window for a fresh hot chocolate or caffeinated pick me up (dairy free options available). Coffee cards are $10 for five drinks and are purchased form the accounts office. They can be used at anytime during the two weeks of sales.

Calling all interested students – we are starting a new A Capella group. If you like to sing and are interested, come on MONDAY LUNCHTIME to room 51.

This will be held on Friday, 18 October during lunch around C Block, S Block and outside the Tech Block.
Food will include: noodles, chop suey and rice, sushi and sweets such as cookies, cup cakes, slices, brownie etc.
Bring your money – notes and coins.  Special deals on the day!

Tennis Training

Tennis practice is after school on Thursday from 3:20 to 4:20 pm. Please get changed into your PE gear first and then meet at the courts.
Games start this Saturday, so all team members must attend

Tag Football Tournament

Final call to put your name down for the Tag Football Tournament on Wednesday, 23 October. This is for Year 9 and 10 boys and girls.

Junior Volleyball

IMPORTANT !! Volleyball training is on Today, Wednesday at lunchtime in the sports hall. It is essential you attend as games start this Thursday.
