The annual German Fairy Tale Evening was hosted by the German Teaching Group and our German language learners from Rutherford Primary School and Te Atatu Intermediate School on Friday, 1 November.

The evening was a great success where the language learning of all age groups was celebrated and culture was shared. Several members of the German-speaking community turned up and guest speakers inspired others by sharing stories from their language learning experiences. The performances of the night and the German short films made by our students were a wonderful collaborative effort.
