German teaching is back on. Every Wednesday after school a few students from a variety of year levels go over to Rutherford Primary and teach a group of students German using the vocabulary they have learnt in class. This is a really fun opportunity for the college students to do something a little different and can lead to them being interested in early childhood development education. It can also spark an interest in the primary school students and encourage them to take German as an option if they come to Rutherford College or wherever they go in the future.
