The Girls U15 Rugby team has been participating in a Friday Night taster session for Girls Rugby. This is a 10 a-side competition with schools/clubs throughout Auckland.

The girls normally have two matches a night. They have been really enjoying the games and getting to experience full contact, as for a lot of the students it is their first time. They drew their first game on the first night, but the second night was a tough competition but they definitely gave it their best. This Friday is the last night of the competition so we wish the girls good luck.

These girls also took part in the Westie’s 7s on Saturday, 21 September. This was a tough competition and playing against many experienced teams but they still had a fun day. The next event the girls are training for is the U15 7s Auckland tournament in October.
