The annual online Education Perfect World Championships for Languages were held in the last week of August.
This year we had quite a competitive group of German language learners who spent a lot of time online in their free time.

This resulted in the following ranking for Rutherford College in German:

* 1st in German in New Zealand for the 101-250 students category (out of 59 schools)
* 14th for German in New Zealand (out of 215 schools)
* 66th in German worldwide (out of 994 schools)
* 11th in German worldwide in the 101-250 students category (out of 248 schools).
