On Thursday, 2 August Rutherford College was honoured to have Vivianne Spiegel talk to us about her survival and life story during the holocaust.

Here in the library we also wanted to mark this special occasion by putting up a display about her life and the holocaust. Our Senior Library Assistant Ms. Wilson, created an outstanding display and we were privileged that Vivianne came over to have a look.

The library was gifted with the book “By chance alone” by Max Eisen (a holocaust survivor)
