We have several physical works happening for the rest of the year:

We are currently updating some school signage and have made some great strides this year with the most recent addition in the Sports Hall over the school holidays.

The seated area in front of the Social Sciences Block looking toward the rugby field is to get covered during the Term 4  holiday break.  We have been successful at securing $100k of the $195k cost required for the covering the batter – the seated area in front of the social sciences block facing the rugby field. The target is to have this completed for the start of Term 1, 2019.

During the Term 3 holidays, the staff toilets and administration foyer toilets will be upgraded.

At the end of Term 4 (and into the summer break) the C and d Block student toilets will be upgraded in keeping with the upgrades made of the B Block toilets last year.

Also over the summer break the hall and administration roof will be replaced.

We also remain optimistic that the old library at the front of the school will be knocked down over the summer break. We will be starting the wider consultation process on the design of the new administration block later this year. The goal is to build a new administration block at the front of the school to coincide with the schools 60th Jubilee in 2021.

Finally, concept plans are being developed for the intended ongoing refurbishment of D Block over the next few years. Once this has been completed this will be shared with the community.
