Wider Living Week 2019
Tuesday, 3 December to Friday, 6 December

Wider Living Week is an important part of the school year at Rutherford College and gives our Year 9 and 10 students a unique opportunity to participate in an activity of their choosing outside our usual contexts. It is a chance for our junior students to get out into their community and participate in fun, eventful and informative activities with their peers. As all students are required to participate in an activity, WLW has a wide range of options to suit all interests.

Booking are now open for Wider Living Week. Students were sent home with information, permission and medical forms on Friday, 9 August.

You can view the activities via the button on this page, also available to download are both the permission form and the medical form.

A student will be accepted into an activity once the following has been received by the accounts office: ( forms can only be accepted once payment is received).

  • Payment (an initial deposit as listed below will secure the activity, however full payment must be received by Friday, 27 September 2019.)
  • Permission Slip
  • Medical Form

Internet banking may be used for payment but please be aware we cannot accept students into the activity until this has been received and the payment can take up to a few days to show in our bank account. We must make it fair for all students as activity numbers are limited.

Please feel free to email any questions directly to Deb Power [email protected] who is the Teacher In Charge of WLW 2019.
