Year 9 Library Orientation

We have been introducing the new students at Rutherford to the Fiction collection in the Info Comms.

As part of our session, we have been asking them to create Spine Poetry from the titles on the shelves and they enjoy the challenge of creating a mini-story from just four or five books.

The best one so far (as judged by the Librarian, Mrs. Earnshaw) was created by a group in 9PW Rydar James, Tim Price and Theo Meek. It reads ‘Oh boy, when the lights go out all the crooked saints carry on shouting at the rain’.
