Off to Germany

On Friday the 1st of December Rutherford students Pallavi Kumar, Isaac Igusa. Zach Petley, Finn Boyack and Timon Boyack left Auckland as part of the Germany- New Zealand Exchange on a Singapore Airlines flight to Munich/ Germany. Due to heavy snow fall in Munich, the flight was detoured to Frankfurt and the group had to spend a night in the hotel there before making their way to Bavaria by coach and train.  Thanks to the perfect care and organization of the group leaders all students are now with their host families and exchange partners enjoying a magical  pre Christmas German winter wonderland.
