A special morning at Rutherford College

A special morning at Rutherford College for the official opening of our new Administration Building. The ceremony began with a beautiful welcome from Papa Fred and Te Kotuku, followed by the ribbon cutting, a tour of the new space, and speeches celebrating this milestone. The event concluded with a morning tea hosted by the Development and Fundraising Committee. 

A proud day for our school community. This project has been a labour of love for over the past 15 years, and it was really amazing to see it completed. This milestone means that the overhaul of the current admin block can be transformed into the student services, which will set the foundation for the next generation of Rutherford students.

Kia Ora, and thank you to all who attended, an event worth remembering for years to come. And a huge thank you to the board of trustees and everyone else involved in the planning and construction of the building, who saw it through to its completion.
