Bowls Bestie Competition

Bowls Bestie Competition

Bowls Besties Was Another Amazing Learning Experience For Us

Bowls Besties was another amazing learning experience for us. The event was aimed at encouraging more girls to get involved in bowls and giving us the opportunity to try something new in a fun and welcoming environment. We competed against three other teams of girls throughout the day and had heaps of fun connecting with new people, trying something new and enjoying some friendly competition.

The event was run alongside the Women's Open, and it was inspiring to see so many women taking part in bowls. It was great to be part of an event that brought together women of different ages and experience levels, making the day even more enjoyable. Seeing so many women involved in the sport encouraged us to keep giving bowls a go and developing our skills.

We learnt new skills, stepped outside our comfort zones and enjoyed spending time with our teammates and getting to know each other. We can’t wait to attend future Bestie Bowls competitions, continue developing our skills and watch the event grow!
