KBB Honours Programme: Max RobbMarkham & Charlotte Marriott

KBB Honours Programme: Max RobbMarkham & Charlotte Marriott

The KBB Honours Programme is an opportunity for musicians from all over Tamaki Makaurau to come together and collaborate with two highly respected music educators.

All students who participate in the KBB Music Festival have the chance to apply for a spot in either the KBB Honours Orchestra or KBB Honours Jazz Band. Places are limited and students are selected by the organisers. Students who are successful must be at Grade 7 or above in their performance instrument - a very high standard!

This year two of our students were successful and had the opportunity to perform as part of the Honours Programme on Friday 16th August. Max RobbMarkham of 11WS was selected for the Jazz Band and Charlotte Marriott of 11HA was selected for the Orchestra. Congratulations to these musicians, a great way to represent Rutherford College!
